1. Geranium Essential Oil for Back Acne
Mix 10-15 drops of Gernaium Essential Oil in your bath water and soak yourself in this water for at least 20 minutes. Geranium Essential Oil has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties and is an excellent oil for acne, whether facial, back or chest.
2. Neem Powder for Back Acne
Put 2 Tablespoon of Neem Powder in your bath water and soak yourself in this water for at least 20 minutes.Neem oil has anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and works really well onacne and eczema of any kind. iIf you have someone to help with the application part you can make a thin paste out of Neem and Water and have it applied on your back and rinse off after 30 minutes. 3. Apple Cider Vinegar for Back Acne
ACV can be used in bath the same way as mentioned above. Mix 1/2 Cup of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in your bath water and soak yourself for 20-30 minutes. Love this post and I love geranium essential oil. Not only does it smell great, it has very powerful anti-inflammatory properties and it works really well for acne and reducing inflammation and redness. I use it in my organic skincare moisturizer Defend Argan Oil due to its amazing ability to reduce acne. Great post!
