    Any exercise is good exercise whether its belly dancing, running, or even walking to the shop, or taking the stairs. The latest craze known as zumba takes dancing and exercise and combines them and its seems to be getting results. My verdict, dance and be active

    This is true. I started belly dancing two years ago for fun with some friends and we all lost weight fast and became more flexable. It’s also nice because after you have done it for about a month or two you can’t seem to sit still during the day. Your not tempted to veg out on the couch with a bag of crisps. :)
