Today I am sharing a very good Facial/Body Scrub recipe for all skin types. Walnut is a gentle exfoliator . Walnut helps unclog pores and lets your skin breathe. Papaya is an exfoliator, a good moisturizer, contains skin whitening and anti-aging properties.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Green Papaya Paste
1 Cup Ground Walnut(Not the shell)

Chocolate, Strawberry And Papaya Body Pack

Today I am sharing an exotic Chocolate Body Pack Recipe. Chocoholics are gonna love this Recipe. For this recipe you need-
1 Ripe Papaya
2-3 Fresh Strawberries
½ Cup Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Honey
5-6 Tbsp Sweet Almond Oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
PaintBrush
Plastic Cling Wrap
Melt the Chocolate Chips in the microwave. Let it cool for sometime. In the meantime, put Papaya, Strawberry, Honey, Vanilla Extract and Almond Oil in a blender and blend well. Mix this Puree with the melted Chocolate Chips and apply on your entire body with the help of a paintbrush or you can ask someone to apply for you(Either with the help of a paintbrush or hands). Wrap your body with the cling wrap and rinse off after half an hour.

Ingredients:
½ Cup Runny Honey
½ Cup Powdered Milk
½ Cup Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Essential Oils(I prefer Lavender)
Mix all the ingredients, pour it into your bathtub and pamper your body.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Cornmeal
1/2 Cup Coarse Salt
1/2 Cup Unscented Body Lotion
4 Tsps. Aloe Vera Gel
Steps:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Slide feet into the mixture and rub, beginning at toes, working up to heel and ankle. Keep it for 20 minutes and rinse in a separate bowl of warm water to get soft and smooth feet.
Relaxing Basil and Lime Bath Salts

You will need:
5 cups of Dead Sea Salt (or Epsom Salt, or a combination of both)
1 Tsp. of Baking Powder
2 Tsp. of Sweet Almond Oil
5 drops Lime Essential Oil
4 drops Basil Oil
All you have to do is mix the salt and the baking powder in a bowl. In another small bowl mix together all the Oils and add to salts, stirring well. You should let them sit so they can soak up the scent. After they have sat for about two hours take them and place them in jars with cork stoppers.
