Today I am gonna share Pumpkin Sugar Scrub Recipe which can be used on face as well as body.
Pumpkin is rich in Beta-carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Zinc and Natural Enzymes and Sugar is rich in Alpha Hydroxy Acids(AHAs) and a combination of these 2 ingredients makes a powerful exfoliator that sloughs off dead skin cells and gives you soft, supple and glowing skin.
Take 5-6 Tbsp Pumpkin pulp, 3 tbsp. Sugar and 1/2 Tsp. Pumpkin Seed Oil , mix them together to make a thick paste. Apply it on your face and gently scrub after 2-3 minutes.
Take 1 Cup Pumpkin Pulp and 1/3 Cup Sugar if you are using it for the entire body.

I love adding Milk Powder to my Bath and Facial Mask Recipes. Lactic Acid in Milk Powder gently exfoliates your skin, makes it soft and smooth. Here’s a Facial Mask Recipe with Milk Powder-
You will need-
One Tbsp. Milk Podwer
One Tbsp. Honey
One Egg Yolk
Mix these ingredients together and apply it on your face. Rinse off after 20 minutes.

Soak some Almonds in Milk overnight(keep it refrigerated). Grind it to make a smooth paste, add one tsp. Clay of your choice and one tbsp. fresh Watermelon Juice. Mix everything properly and apply the mixture on your face. Rinse off with cold water after fifteen minutes. Almond exfoliates and nourishes your skin, milk is a mild cleanser, clay detoxifies, watermelon hydrates and Lycopene(Used in Skin Whitening Products) in watermelon gives your skin a healthy Pinkish Glow. Lycopene is a bright red carotenoid pigment and phytochemical found in tomatoes,watermelon and other red fruits.

Passion Fruit can be eaten raw or cooked(used in sauce and jam recipes) and makes an Excellent Exfoliator for all types of skin. It’s tiny seeds act like a mild exfoliant. This facial scrub also gives you a glowing skin instantly.
For this recipe you will need:
1 Ripe Passion Fruit
1/2 Tsp. Honey
1 Tsp. Oatmeal Powder
Mix everything together and apply the mixture on your face. Gently scrub off after fifteen minutes. Your skin’ll become soft, supple and radiant.

1 tbsp Ripe Peach pulp
1 Tbsp Ripe Papaya Paste
1 Tbsp Pomegranate Juice
1 Tbsp Fuller’s Earth or any Facial Clay
Mix everything together to make a thick paste. Apply it liberally on your face and neck and rinse off after 15 minutes and you’ll get a Glowing skin instantly.
