Bee Pollen Complex is one of the few supplements on the market that offers real anti-aging benefits on a scientific level. I have been taking American Health’s Bee Pollen Complex for the past 6 months and it really has made a positive impact on my health. Its is a combination of Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly and Propolis. You can even take them individually if you want to take higher dosage but I don’t have patience to take so many tablets when I am already taking some other supplements.

Its a wonderful remedy for eczema too. Since Borage Oil is a little heavy its usually added at 10%-20% to other Lighter Carrier Oils for best result. It is pale yellow in color and is expensive compared to other Carrier Oils. If you have Dry/Dehydrated/Mature Skin, Borage Oil can do wonders for you. It restores and repairs damaged skin tissues and reduces Fine Lines and Wrinkles. I love to use Borage Oil on my face , at least once a week. I don’t mind using it neat because my skin easily drinks it up in winter:)
