Chamomile essential oil lightens complexion but is not suitable for this recipe. You might want to mix it with some carrier oil and apply.

Hi,

1. You can use it every alternate day.
2. You can use it on your whole body.
3. Rose water is a better option but if you run out of it water should be fine.
