Does Milk Help You Lose Weight?
This is one of the most debatable health topics. Some research says it helps and some says it doesn’t but based on my personal experience I would say YES, IT HELPS. At least I have benefited from drinking milk regularly. I am not a milk person but after reading Sesame’s post, Benefits Of Milk For PMS I was tempted to drink milk on a regular basis and I dunno about PMS but it has helped me lose weight. Yes, it has helped me lose inches off my waistline which is very surprising, its just been a month since I started to drink milk and I am already enjoying its benefits:) Milk might have helped with my PMS too but Borage and evening Primrose Capsule works for me so I will have to stop taking the supplement and see if Milk alone works for PMS.

Now the question is how does milk help you lose weight? Research says consuming sufficient amount of Calcium helps in this case because Calcium helps break down body fat and may prevent fat cells from making fat.
