you can also try drinking the water of chikpea. all you have to do is soak a hand full of chikpeas overnight and first thing in the morning drink the water it tastes a lil off but if you want add a drop of lime. it works wonders…. its a slow process but u gotta have patience. i know i’ve lost of the fat around my neck and cheeks have reduced alot. so try that too!
