Thanks for the tips! I’m going to give them a try. I’ve had lots of gray since my late 20s. My hair is almost waist level and I hate how rough dying is on my hair.

I think the best advice would be to stop thinking about grey hair!! after all, if hair can be brown, blond, black, silver, green, red, blue and whatever colour you choose to get done, why not flaunt your natural GREY??

one more tip, i guess, be tension free.
more you think tensely, more grey hairs come out, it’s believed that way in nepal, dunno, how scientific this belief is.
