Have you heard of Morning Banana Diet which was developed by one of the pharmacists in Japan? Its becoming so popular that there’s a shortage of Bananas in Japan. Sounds strange? Hmmm… we’ve always heard that Bananas should be avoided specially if you are on a weight loss diet so how come Banana is being considered a weight loss miracle now? And the best part is you have to eat a banana (or as many as you want) with room temperature water for breakfast and you can eat anything you want on lunch, snacks and dinner and still lose weight. Sounds too good to be true?

Does Morning Banana Diet Really Work?

Well, I did some research on the internet and was overwhelmed by the number of positive responses to this latest fad diet. This diet plan is supposed to help you lose 5 to 35 pounds ,perhaps up to 50. Wow you can have your normal meals and still shed some extra pounds. But according to this Diet Plan you can’t have anything after 8pm, you have to go to bed early and exercise is Optional.

This is the most inspiring comment I came across when I did my research on the internet. ” I started yesterday! This morning I was already down one pound.” But losing one pound in one day sounds like a psychological stuff, who knows may be it really works. Its a easy diet plan so I am sure to give it a try.

P.S- Try this diet plan but some sort of exercise is necessary, Diet plays an important role in weight loss but I don’t think anyone can lose weight without exercising. You don’t have to go for a heavy workout, even Dance classes or Pilates should be fine.
