This is non-allergenic and will prevent the oil mixture from going rancid. If you take the vitamin E capsules, you can simply pierce two of them with a sterile needle and squeeze the oil into the makeup remover, or buy the oil in a bottle from the healthfood store. Vitamin E oil is a great moisturizer for scars, stretch marks and other problem skin.<br/><br/>Another thing - always swirl oils to mix, never shake them up.
