Hi Lyon!
I discovered your blog by chance and I’m very interested to try all those interesting recipes. I’ve always wanted to try all the DIY which they say is good and it works too! However, I have a few questions:
1) Is the Olive oil essential oil or we can use the olive oil that is meant for cooking (when we bought it)?
2) Can the yogurt that we purchased from supermarket be used for the ingredients (non flavoured yogurt)
Am sorry if these are kind of stupid questions but I am a first timer on this, hope you can pardon me =)

Glad to hear that Belle:) You can use any olive oil as long as it says Extra Virgin, sorry I just wrote olive oil. Yes, you can use unflavored yogurt with live cultures.
These are not stupid questions, I am glad you wanted to clarify your doubts:)

Hi Chau, you can use this conditioner after you shampoo your hair or you can just use this recipe and rinse off.

Hey Chau, if it feels oily then you could probably shampoo your hair after this recipe or decrease the amount of oil:)
