Hello .. I do OCM twice a week & it’s been almost a month
now! I must say my skin looks better & softer now ! I simply use olive oil & castor oil for my dry skin & i always rub an ice cube once i am done.. is that ok??? or i shouldn’t use ice????

Hi Noonz, yes you can use Castor oil but I am not too sure about the Sesame oil because it makes some people break out.

Hayley, you can use Apricot Kernel or Jojoba Oil if your skin is sensitive.

I have dry skin with dermatitis on some parts of my face, oily acne (some cystic) on my chin, and its also quite sensitive, and i can’t use any really strong oils like tea tree, as i am on homeopathic remedies, and recommendations for an oil for me to use? I already use rosehip as a moisturizer.
