Here’s how you can deal with Pre-Menstrual Syndrome(PMS). You can use this as a massage oil when cramping during (PMS).
Ingredients:
10 drops Geranium
15 drops Lavender
5 drops German chamomile
3 drops Cypress
4 oz almond oil
Mix well and store in a dark glass bottle . Apply to abdomen when required.
