Pumpkin, Carrot and Sweet Potato are rich in Beta Carotene and can do wonders for your skin. You can enjoy them as foods or use them as facial mask to reap their benefits.
For this recipe you will need:
Pumpkin 1/2 oz ( 15 gms)
Carrot 1/2 oz ( 15 gms)
Sweet Potato 1/2 oz ( 15 gms)
1 Tsp. Raw Honey
Mix the Pumpkin, Sweet Potato and Carrot and blend them all together in a blender along with the raw honey. Apply liberally to your face and rinse off after 30 minutes. This facial mask is suitable even for the most sensitive skin and you can also apply it to the under eye area to get rid of dark circles and brighten that area. If you want to experiment you can also add a pinch of Cinnamon to boost the skin brightening effect. This Recipe will make your skin Soft, Supple and Radiant. Don’t use Cinnamon if your skin is sensitive and also avoid the eye area if using Cinnamon. Use it twice a week.
