Do you remember I had written a post about Snake Venom sometime back and was very skeptical about trying it. Finally, I tried it and loved the result.
Syence Skin Care was really generous to send me their products worth more than $350 two weeks back. I am so excited to write this review because I had an unforgettable experience with this product called SkinVenom.
When I received the products ( Skin Venom, Servital Active Defense and some more samples ) I was so excited and I told my hubby about it. His first reaction was “Are you out of your mind? You must be nuts if you think Snake Venom’s gonna make your skin look beautiful. This could be poisonous and may harm your skin. You are not gonna use it, period.” That was not what I expected from him and was really upset but didn’t bother much because I had made up my mind that I would be trying it out at any cost.
After dinner I was all set to apply it. But I was a little scared too, I was thinking to myself, after all its snake venom, should I really take a chance? Then I thought if people can use it and get rid of wrinkles and fine lines there shouldn’t be any problem. I applied it on my face and my skin started to burn(its written on the pack that there will be a pleasing sensation but I felt as if I applied bleaching cream on my face) , you won’t believe how helpless I was because I couldn’t tell my hubby as he was already warning me, couldn’t wash it off because I thought it would get into my eyes. I had a horrible time.
But luckily it stopped burning after sometime. That burning sensation was there for about 5-10 minutes. After that my skin felt OK but I was still scared thinking “what if it gets into my eyes or mouth while sleeping”. I couldn’t sleep properly; I must have slept at around 4am. But next day I felt my skin was firmer, I don’t know whether it was just a psychological factor or it really worked. First thing I did was emailed Maria from Syence Skin Care and asked her about it. Then she sent me an email saying there’s nothing to worry about because they don’t use the actual Snake Venom in their product. I was so relieved.
This is what Maria had written in the mail-
“Skin Venom and Servital, both are aimed to actively reduce the signs of ageing on the skin and the ingredients use to achieve that are very advanced and potent, however all our products are as gentle as possible whilst allowing for the anti-ageing action. When using the Skin Venom, you may have a tingling sensation on your skin for a few minutes immediately after application as the anti-ageing actives begin to work on your skin. The product does not contain any actual snake venom however, and there is nothing toxic or poisonous in any of the Syence products. Each product is dermatologically tested, free of fragrance and aimed for sensitive skin.
I have been using Skin Venom in the night and Servital Active Defense in the morning for the past 2 weeks and I must tell you that their products are great. I could feel the difference in my skin texture in just 2-3 days and now my skin looks much better. My skin has become softer and radiant and it has definitely reduced visible fine lines around my eyes. And the best part is my skin’s getting used to it so I can just feel some tingling sensation when I use it (for about 5 minutes) and it doesn’t burn at all.
Hand & Body Care and some more masks and refiners. ”

I have been using the skin venom for about 3 months now. It has made an amazing difference on my skin. I can see and feel the difference. It’s like a topical botox. My wrinkles have dramatically decreased.
Thanks for sharing your experience Glencora:)
