Soothing Recipe For Sunburn Relief

Sunburn is not only irritating but also responsible for wrinkles and skin cancer. 90% of visible wrinkles are caused by UVB and UVA Rays so think twice before skipping your sunscreen lotion next time.
Here is a simple home remedy that can give you some relief from sunburn and heal it without leaving any sunburn marks.
1 Cucumber
3 Tbsp Aloe Vera Gel
Handful of Calendula/Marigold Flowers(fresh petals)
One Tbsp. Honey
3 Tbsp. Fresh Yogurt
Cut one fresh Cucumber into small cubes and grind it along with Calendula Flowers,Aloe Vera Gel, Fresh Yogurt and Honey to make a smooth paste. Apply liberally on the affected area and rinse off after 20 minutes. You can refrigerate the mixture for up to 3 days.
Aloe Vera, Cucumber and Yogurt have a cooling effect on the skin, Honey has a soothing effect and Calendula/Marigold has soothing and healing properties.
Note: If you are using Dried Calendula/Marigold Flower you have to boil it in a cup of water for about ten minutes and strain it. Use 3 Tbsp. Water with the rest of the ingredients and if the mixture is too watery you can add Almond Meal or Oatmeal.
