Vitamin C and Vitamin E are two essential Vitamins required for Healthy and Glowing Skin. You can either get it from some Fruits, Vegetables,Nuts, Oil or you can go for additional Supplements. Vitamin C helps you fight against Wrinkles and Fine Lines by producing Collagen. As we age, our bodies’ ability to produce collagen decreases, leading to thin, weak skin.
Vitamin E helps the skin look younger by protecting it from UV rays and by eliminating harmful free radicals. Vitamin E is also an excellent Antioxidant.
